1. Dumbbell bar in the bar


  • Take an emphasis lying down, put your hands on the dumbbells, and the feet - a little wider than the pelvic bones (a).

  • Tighten the muscles of the core and, without changing the position of the hips, pull one dumbbell to the belt (b).

  • Return to the starting position and do the same with the other hand. This is one replay.


2. Push-ups


  • From the support lying (palms under the shoulders, feet - a little wider than the hips) push the pelvis up and back slightly so that the body and legs form a corner (a). Keep your back straight.

  • Bend your arms and lower yourself almost to the touch of your head with the floor (b). Squeeze the starting position. This is one replay.


3. T-body rises


  • Lie on your stomach, arms outstretched to the sides at shoulder level (a). Do not strain the neck, flatten the shoulder blades and lift the rib cage from the floor (b).

  • Hold this position for a couple of seconds and return to the original. This is one replay.


4. Stand dumbbell standing


  • Stand straight, put your feet to the width of your hips.

  • Raise the dumbbells to the shoulders: the necks are parallel to each other (a).

  • Tighten the abdominal muscles and push the dumbbells up. Keep your elbows close to your body (b).

  • Hold this position for a couple of seconds and then return to the original. This is one replay.
